Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
